Magnesium Oil, ready to rock and roll.
MagOilI love magnesium oil.  Not many side effects, which I’m definitely a fan of.  I’ve sprayed it on kids’ legs when they have growing pains/cramps.  And on their bellies before bedtime to help them sleep.  I found that when I use it regularly (every day or every other/fifth day at this point), my cramps are lessened/non-existent.  It’s lovely.  Rather than pop ibuprofen, I can just do 2-3 squirts on my abdomen, and the cramps dissipate within about half an hour.
