Yes, more canning

Shocker, eh?

It’s actually not the worst my kitchen has looked.  Fairly clean-ish for a canning spree, at least for me.

Dandelion syrup (was supposed to be jelly, pectin didn’t set up right) on the left.

Close up of the dandelion syrup.  It does kinda taste like honey.

I had *almost* a jar of dandelion jelly (later named syrup), was just shy of the fill line.  So what did I do?  Add some raspberries until it’s at the right level.  Kinda interesting.


He found my TI-84.  And then promptly tried to whack his sister over the head.

Which didn’t phase this one.

They wanted me to take pictures of them.
