Crap.  Looks like I lost my zucchini muffin recipe.  Argh.  I’ve already gone through my old email, through my major cookbooks and my pile of random recipes (which is where it should be!).  I’m hesitant to try to find it on allrecipes.com again, because I’m pretty sure I tweaked it a bit.  Damn.
